A little about us:

We are a very small company with two "employees". We work hard and have a passion for flying helicopters. Laughter and humour are at the root of everything we do, despite this very dry job posting.

Who we are not:

We don't have a sparkling clean hangar with every project running perfectly smooth. We are problem solvers and work hard to serve our clients, both industry and tourists with exceptional service. Thats where you come in! We need assistance getting projects prepared, organized ahead of time, and keeping the hangar clean and organized. We are a company who operates safely with an outstanding reputation, are continuously assessing risk and work everyday to mitigate well. We don't believe in taking on work that is severely high risk. We accurately match pilot experience level and skill to the job and stay within a sustainable low risk model. If you're a cowboy without a good grasp on your limitations or thrill seeker without regard for safety or regulations, don't apply. We don't believe in throwing an inexperienced pilot into a work environment to test their reaction and skill, however you do need to work independently without hand holding. You also need to be able to say NO, when the job is beyond your skill level. This requires exceptional communication skills and keeping up with electronic flight plans, flight duty reporting, etc so that we know you are operating within the law. If you're looking helicopter employeer who is actually safe, not just on paper, please apply.
