Jasper Heli Picnic/Proposal - no food

Service Description

- Please arrive at the Jasper Hinton Airport 30 minutes prior to your flight for check in. If you’re really early we may not be able to greet you as we’ll be out flying, please be patient with us! - The location of the Jasper Hinton Airport is correct in all GPS including google maps. It’s approximately a 45 minute drive (an hour if there are sheep on the road!) from Jasper townsite. Please come right into the terminal when you arrive. Don’t worry it’s a tiny airport and you’ll find the terminal no problem! - Please wear clothing appropriate for outdoor activities. No open toed shoes allowed. Windproof and waterproof layer is highly recommended, especially for mountain top adventures. - Weather- we will do a weather check 1.5 hrs prior to your flight. If there are any concerns we will call you. Please ensure we have a number we are able to reach you at! If you don’t hear from us 1 hour before your flight assume it’s a go. Please note: we will not discuss weather prior to 1.5 hrs before your flight. If we need to cancel because the weather is too poor to fly you will be refunded 100% of your payment. - Cancellations- our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. If we need to cancel because the weather is too poor to fly you will be refunded 100% of your payment. - State of Emergency & Other Emergency Response- sometimes our aircrafts respond to life threatening emergencies such as; back country rescues, wildfires, floods etc. In the unlikely event these situations interfere with your flight we ask for your patience and understanding in our attempts to reschedule, if rescheduling doesn't work with your availability we will happily refund 100% of your payment. - Unscheduled maintenance- Due to the nature and risk of aviation sometimes our aircrafts are grounded for unscheduled maintenance. In the event one of these situations arise and interferes with your flight we ask for your patience and understanding that our highest priority is your safety. We will attempt to reschedule your flight. If rescheduling is impossible, we will refund 100% of your payment. - If you have any questions please call us at 780 865 6866

Cancellation Policy

* Group or non private bookings must be cancelled with one week (7days) notice. * Private Helicopter Tours and Adventures (you've booked the entire aircraft for just your party) can be cancelled up to contact us 24 hrs in advance. In the event of weather too poor to fly, your flight will be postponed. If we are unable to postpone, a full refund will be offered.
